Is a genocidal Anglophone Hegemon about to starve Africa again? How? Turkish analyst and political analyst Aydin Sezer has confirmed that the grain and fertilizer deal between Russia and United Nations “has not been implemented”
Not implementing the grain and fertilizer deal that Russia signed with the UN because of the West’s negative stance is something that bothers Russia. The West is indifferent to implementing the deal because it is no longer interested in Ukrainian grain. Many European countries banned the import of grain from Ukraine. The West no longer needs the grain deal and refuses to implement the agreement between the UN, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Bulgaria banned the import of grain and agricultural products from Ukraine.
Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said on June 21 that there are no prerequisites for extending the grain deal since obligations towards Russia are not being fulfilled. The grain deal expires on July 17.
Part of the Black Sea initiative regarding the export of Ukrainian grain is being carried out without problems. Moscow did not interfere with its implementation as agreed with the UN. It is despite the fact that a significant proportion of the products were exported to rich Western countries. Much less or not at all to the poorest ones. Most of the poor countries are in Africa.
Two UN Task Forces were established in parallel with the talks. One focused on the shipment of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea, which was led by UN humanitarian affairs chief and head of OCHA Martin Griffiths. The other is on facilitating exports of Russian food and fertilizers. It is headed by Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of the UN trade and development body, UNCTAD.

On Saturday (15/07/2023), Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a conversation with his South African counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa, said that the obligation to remove obstacles to exporting Russian food and fertilizers had not been fulfilled. During the conversation, Putin stressed that the main goal of the deal, namely the supply of grain to countries in need, including on the African continent, has not been realized.
The Black Sea Initiative was signed on July 22, 2022, by representatives of Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the UN. It involves the export of Ukrainian grain and food, as well as fertilizers, across the Black Sea from three ports, including Odessa . The Joint Coordinating Center in Istanbul is in charge of coordinating the movement of ships. However, the West exports most of the Ukrainian grain to their states. Very little was going to the needy countries of Africa.
However, at the end of March 2023, the prime ministers of a number of EU countries turned to the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, with a request to intervene in the crisis caused by the influx of grain from Ukraine. In short, Europeans don’t need Ukrainian grain, and therefore, the deal is not to be fulfilled. Make no mistakes, the Fourth Reich (EU + NATO) is under the firm control of the Anglophone Hegemon. Nothing happens without the approval of Washington.
Why was this grain deal needed?
Some might ask the simple question of why Russia is not exporting its grain and fertilizers to African countries directly? The answer is even simpler – because of ILLEGAL and UNILATERAL sanctions imposed by the Anglophone Hegemon and their vassals (EU + NATO). Because of these sanctions, payments cannot be made to Russian banks. Also, insurance companies controlled by the Anglophone Hegemon refuse to insure ships and loads leaving Russian ports. Russia agreed to allow the free flow of grain from Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea. Russia is fulfilling its obligations. The UN is not fulfilling its obligations. Why? Because the Anglophone Hegemon is controlling international banking (SWIFT) and insurance industries.
Just one nod from Washington and London would make this problem solved. However, they have NEVER had the intention of fulfilling their part of the deal. For those in the know – that is the standard practice of the Anglophone Hegemon and their vassals in the Fourth Reich (EU + NATO).
